Support Critical Policies for Racial & Immigrant Justice

• Create Justice for Domestic Workers by passing Intro 339 which would amend the NYC human rights law to include individuals who employ domestic workers, providing workers protections against discrimination in the workplace, and coverage under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act.

• Ensure a just implementation of Intro 2032-A that expands paid safe and sick leave to employees of small businesses with four or fewer employees and a net income of more than $1 million, large businesses with 100 or more employees and domestic workers

• Support Immigrant communities for an ICE Free NYC by getting ICE out of the courts and ending collaboration between ICE and the NY Police Department and Department of Corrections.

• Support the Budget Justice/Defund NYPD campaign by enhancing municipal funding for community based organizations and decreasing funding for the NYPD
